      • Each business unit can have its has a unique login.
      • Each business unit can have more than one campaign if they have multiple websites.

FAQ

Are there additional costs?

No, our SEO campaigns are priced according to the number of keywords you target, the only reason we would ever charge you any more than you regular monthly payment would be if you asked for additional keywords to be targeted.

Support Included?

All our reporting is online & you have 247 access to these reports, we send out a monthly report via PDF for those that dont have time to view the reporting online.

What about refunds?

We dont believe there will ever be an instance where a refund is required, but if it comes to that we will have already had a lengthy conversation with you before it ever got to that point.

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

You can change plans, but only in three month cycles.

Once you sign an agreement for a campaign you’re contractually obliged to see the contract out.

What payment types do you accept?

We only accept Direct Debit via Pay Advantage for our Local SEO and Social Media campaigns, you can opt to have the funds debited from your credit card, via BPay or directly from your account. You account will be billed a month in advance on the last day of the calendar month.

There is an processing fee of $ 0.85 charged per debit.

Dishonours will be charged at $3.30 per dishonour.
